I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel rooms were clean, spacious, and had a bathtub with hot water flowing through the pipes, making my stay super cozy and comfortable. The service was top-notch with a nice attitude from the staff, making me feel truly welcome. The location was perfect, surrounded by all the food stalls and amenities you could ask for right in the heart of Ha Noi. The dining experience, although lacking pasta, was a minor downside compared to all the other fantastic aspects of this hotel.
